HOW CAN I ADJUST THE TIME ON MY WATCH?

ARE THE WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Yes, our timepieces are all waterproof. Every timepiece shows the applicable water resistance rating.

Excisting water resistance ratings:

• 3ATM is restistant to rain and splashing water with hand washing.

• 5ATM water resistant withstands shower water.

• 10ATM water resistant is suitable for swimming and water sports.

• 20ATM water resistant is suitable for professional sports.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR A WATCH?

This depends on a few factors, some outside of our control. One of the main factors is your country of residence. It normally takes around 3-5 business days with DPD global, but this can vary depending on season and workload.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

To keep our shipping costs as low as possible we will ship orders every Wednesday. Orders placed on Wednesday before 15:00 GMT+2 (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) are shipped the same day. Orders after the cut off time are shipped the next Wednesday with the exception of orders placed on public holidays. These orders are shipped the following Wednesday.
